3. Eligibility

By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally permitted to engage with sports prediction content in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable local laws regarding sports betting and gambling.

4. Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts or credentials is not permitted.

5. Subscription and billing

• Paid plans (Champions and Legend) are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at checkout.
• Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price increase takes effect on their next renewal.

6. Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your first purchase, contact billing@flyerbet.com for a full refund. After the 30-day period, refunds are issued at our discretion and only for documented service failures.

7. Prediction disclaimer

All predictions provided by FlyerBet are statistical estimates generated by AI models based on historical data, team form, and pattern analysis. They are intended for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute financial advice, gambling advice, or a guarantee of any outcome. You acknowledge that:

• Sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable and no prediction system can guarantee results.
• Past accuracy does not guarantee future performance.
• You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and any financial gains or losses.
• FlyerBet does not accept, place, or facilitate bets. We are a prediction and data platform only.

8. Responsible gambling

We encourage all users to gamble responsibly. Never bet more than you can afford to lose. Set personal limits on time and money spent. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, please contact a professional support organisation in your country. FlyerBet is not responsible for any gambling losses or addictive behaviour.

9. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its systems.
• Redistribute, resell, or republish predictions or premium content without written permission.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limitations or abuse free features.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.

10. Intellectual property

All content on FlyerBet — including text, graphics, logos, predictions, data compilations, and software — is the property of FlyerBet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

11. Service availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We will not be liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlyerBet and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service — regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
